The Freshman Bobcat girls trounced the Powers Catholic Chargers 56-15 today at Powers.  GB had 3 players in double figures with Ariana James scoring 18, Mercy Aluka with 11, and Amira Collins-Pollard with 10. Girls Freshman Basketball at Bay City Western – Feb. 11

The Bobcat girls traveled to Bay City Western today and dropped a 37-25 decision to the Warriors. GB was led by Ariana James with 9 points and Nariah Vantiem with 7 points. The Bobcats are now 9-5 on the season and 7-1 in conference play. They will travel to Powers Catholic on Friday.

Due to some maintenance issues at the Fenton HS pool, tonight’s meet will be at GBHS.  6:00 start.

The Bobcat girls improved to 9-4 overall and 7-0 in conference play Friday with a 38-25 win over Lapeer.  Ariana James lead the way again with 20 points and Mercy Aluka had 6 points. Ten GBHS Athletic programs were represented at signing day with athletes moving on to 13 different institutions of higher education.
